Privacy Policy

Invoiceful ("we", "us") is a free online invoice generator. This policy describes the data we touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built the product around a single principle — your invoices belong to you, not us.

1. What data we collect

Invoice data you enter (business name, client name, addresses, line items, totals, UPI ID, etc.) is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device, never reaches our servers, and is not shared with any third party. Clearing your browser data will delete it.

We do not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information to use Invoiceful.

2. Analytics and cookies

These run on every page of the site, including the invoice editor. None of them can read the invoice details you type.

• Umami (always on, cookieless) — a self-hosted analytics tool that Pracandy runs on its own server (analytics.147-93-168-21.sslip.io). It loads with every page. It sets no cookies and uses no cross-site identifier. Each page view sends the page address and title, the referring page, your screen size, browser language and the site's hostname; clicks on a few buttons (for example Download PDF) send the button's event name. We use it only for aggregate counts.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) — its loader (googletagmanager.com/gtm.js) also loads on every page, so your browser contacts Google when it fetches it.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — loads automatically on every page. It sets the _ga cookies and sends page views and the same button clicks to Google, with anonymize_ip enabled. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — not running on the site today. If we turn it on, it will load automatically on every page, and Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (opt out at Google Ad Settings or www.aboutads.info; see the Google Advertising Privacy & Terms).

The cookie banner is a notice. All of the tools above run automatically when a page loads; the banner only tells you so. Clicking Accept hides it, and that is remembered in your browser's localStorage (key invoiceful-cookie-consent), not in a cookie. If you'd rather not be measured, you can block these scripts and cookies with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the invoice editor works the same either way.

3. Other services your browser contacts

• Google Fonts — the Inter typeface is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request.
• Pracandy widgets — a feedback widget and a small card about other Pracandy products are loaded from pracandy.com.
• Hosting — pages and assets are served from our own server; standard server-access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be retained briefly for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

4. PDFs you download

PDFs are generated on your device using your browser. No invoice data is transmitted to us during PDF export. PDFs do not contain hidden tracking pixels, beacons, or analytics scripts.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Because we deliberately collect almost no personal data, in most cases this means clearing your browser's localStorage and cookies for this site — instructions are available from your browser vendor. For any request beyond that, write to privacy@pracandy.com.

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under GDPR and similar laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Children's privacy

Invoiceful is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surfaced on the home page.
