Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Invoiceful (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Use of the Service

Invoiceful is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You may generate, download, edit, and send invoices created with the Service for any lawful purpose, including invoicing your own clients.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful invoices.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell, rebrand, or distribute the Service itself as your own (the generated invoices, however, are yours).

2. Your content

You own every invoice you create. Because invoice data is stored only in your browser's local storage, we have no copy, no ownership claim, and no ability to access your invoices.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including tax rates, GSTIN/VAT numbers, and amounts. Always confirm local tax compliance with your accountant.

3. Advertising

To keep the Service free, we display advertisements on our marketing pages (not on the invoice editor and never on the PDFs you generate). By using the Service you acknowledge that advertisements may appear and that those ads are governed by the advertising provider's terms.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated documents will meet every legal or compliance standard in every jurisdiction. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Invoiceful or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months — which for a free service is zero.

6. Intellectual property

The Invoiceful name, logo, design system, and source code are owned by us. Invoices you generate with the Service are owned entirely by you.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance.
